Program & Process Optimization * Direct the development and enhancement of screening workflows, technology capabilities, and system configuration across multiple platforms. * Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce application friction, and improve applicant quality. * Champion initiatives to enhance fraud detection, identity verification, and data accuracy. 5. Leadership & Team Management * Supervise and mentor the Multifamily Screening Manager, setting priorities, workflows, and developmental goals. * Oversee training strategy while delegating delivery and content execution to the Manager. * Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the screening team. 6. Portfolio Analysis & Reporting * Review portfolio‑level screening performance and trends, including approval/denial rates, adverse action trends, risk flags, and revenue impacts. * Direct the Manager to produce routine market assessments, data audits, and reporting packages. * Prepare executive‑level insights and recommendations based on data trends and risk analysis.
