Responsibilities

• Vendor & Stakeholder Command – Own vendor relationships with unwavering focus. Hold partners accountable, ensure seamless service delivery, and enforce SLAs with a sharp eye for performance metrics and contract compliance.
• Infrastructure Optimization & Security – Oversee the architecture and resilience of IT infrastructure, application ecosystems, and cloud environments. Push boundaries to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Culture of Innovation & Collaboration – Cultivate an environment where ideas thrive, teamwork accelerates, and technology delivers real business impact. Lead by example and inspire forward momentum.
