A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead their Business Technology Services team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and global technology standards
Oversee performance and resilience of IT systems while ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL practices
Manage the Business Technology Services budget and negotiate vendor contracts
Required Qualifications
10+ years in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale infrastructure in a SaaS or software development environment
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing global operations
