Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an IT Manager to add to their growing team located in Indianapolis. Our client is seeking an individual to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging trends in audiovisual technology. This role oversees IT operations, including system security, network optimization, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise in network security, IT solutions, and IT governance, as well as proven leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the company's IT strategy aligned with business goals and emerging industry trends in audiovisual technology.
Direct the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and security of the company's hardware, software and network systems.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with internal teams to support the audiovisual technology needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Broad knowledge of IT hardware, networking and software.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving and customer service skills.
