The Director, IT Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's technology infrastructure, engineering tools and services, cybersecurity, and data and analytics / AI initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficiently supports our business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud services, on-premise compute and storage, and data center operations.
  • Lead High-Performance Computing (HPC) initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Manage network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Oversee end-user computing and collaboration tools, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Direct the Help Desk team to provide excellent service and support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to optimize the performance and functionality of IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage a suite of engineering tools and services to support the product development and operations teams.
  • Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.
  • Lead the adoption of DevOps practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Bring M and A experience to lead efforts for system divestiture, ensuring seamless alignment of systems and processes.
  • Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, engineering tools and services, cybersecurity, and Data and Analytics / AI.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, HPC, network management, and data center operations.
  • Strong knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry processes and business requirements.
  • Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global IT team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California : $186,760.00-$299,166.00

    Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
