Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements) :
- System Setup and Configuration : Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment. Install software applications and ensure systems are fully operational for end-users.
- User Support : Provide direct support to users for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting problems, guiding users through corrective steps, or escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintenance and Updates : Perform regular maintenance tasks, system updates, and security checks to ensure all equipment is running efficiently and securely.
- Support-Related Activities : Carry out a range of activities that support the IT department's objectives, such as inventory management, documentation, and participating in IT projects.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers to plan and execute system deployments, share knowledge on troubleshooting techniques, and improve support processes.=
- Training : Assist in training employees on the use of new software or hardware, promoting best practices in cybersecurity and efficient use of IT resources.
