Job description
A company is looking for an IT Specialist I to provide high-level customer support as a Senior Help Desk Technician and Deskside Technician.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and process all IT service desk incidents and requestsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issuesAssist with documenting knowledge-based articles and special project work as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum of five years of experience in a Contact / Call Center / BPO environment, preferably in technical supportGeneral affinity for IT topics and a strong desire to learnBasic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applicationsProven senior-level customer service experience in technical supportAbility to work a flexible 24 x 7 schedule
