Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for technology. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top IT professionals, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Database Management : Update and manage candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the IT talent landscape.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress to recruitment leads.
Requirements :
Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques.
