The IT Operation Technology Specialist is a member of the IT Operations Team. The position is involved in day to day OT (operation technology) & application support and project activities. This person is also the primary contact for IT Operations Manager Customer Relationship and for Operations people for all application issues, projects and new requirements.
The main functions of the position are :
- Support for operation technology systems on shop floor in cooperation with local maintenance and IT
- Directly administers and supervises OT applications & systems which are not under 3rd party support or cooperates with 3rd party on that subject
- Actively participate on new projects
- Support local users with any IT requirement
