Southeast Handling Systems is on the lookout for a motivated Branch Operations Manager to lead all profit centers, including sales, service, parts, and rental operations. In this role, you will be pivotal in maximizing profitability through superior service, enhanced customer satisfaction, cost management, and improved associate efficiency.
As a Branch Operations Manager, you will take charge of various responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and overseeing work; appraising performance; motivating associates through rewards and discipline; and effectively addressing complaints and resolving issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or have two to four years of relevant experience and training, or a combination of both. A strong understanding of OSHA regulations and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
