Leslie's, the leading and most trusted direct-to-consumer brand in the pool and spa care industry since 1963, is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager of Enterprise Applications to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Xstore Point of Sale (POS) systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful execution of Xstore POS solutions. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of POS systems, particularly Xstore.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership :
• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Oracle Xstore POS projects from both onsite and offshore.
• Define technical strategies, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Xstore Development & Integration :
• Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Xstore POS system.
• Integrate Xstore with back-office systems, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xstore POS functionality.
• Project Management :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project stakeholders.
• System Maintenance & Support :
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of Xstore POS systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Implement regular updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and operations teams.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Provide technical training and guidance to team members.
