Keystone has an Administrative Coordinator position available in its West Hartford office. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various departments throughout the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Scanning and filing.
- Updating our systems to reflect changes in insurance status and following up as necessary.
- Coordinating with sales and credit teams for GPS assignment and delivery
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated within the documentation department.
- Other administrative duties as assigned including reception as needed
