Wasatch Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator within our Industrial Department. This position is responsible for the supervision of daily operations and maintenance of various electrical construction projects from start to finish, overseeing project safety, the contract budget, and coordination of customer needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain all necessary regulations and permits.
- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Make sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports.
- Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
- Write and submit testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
- Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
- Use scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
