Position type : Full time Contract

Duration : 2 years

Location : Sacramento, CA (Remote)

As a(n) Project Coordinator Contractor II you will :

Job Duties :

Assist the expanded access team with operations regarding the program, including managing the portal and managing / routing the requests as required for all programs; engaging with the vendor when need to manage drug logistics and distribution; Participate in the planning and execution of EAP programs; document management

Skills :

Ability to analyze, sort and prioritize data

Creating data extracts and or reports from systems

Strong execution skills

Strong project coordination skills (e.g., monitoring progress of projects / studies)

Strong organization skills to support document and data management

Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects / studies

Ability to multitask and work independently

Detail-oriented

Experience with the following tools required :

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

MS Teams, Zoom

Education : BS / MS / BA degree

Minimum of 5 years work experience experience within an operational role

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

• 40- $46 per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
