About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working closely with the VP of IT to manage, prioritize, and communicate various IT projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
Essential Functions :
- Project Planning & Management : Collaborate with the VP of IT to manage, prioritize, and communicate projects, priorities, and tradeoffs within the IT department and across the company.
- Technical Oversight : Work with IT teams to coordinate the design, testing, and implementation of solutions effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all projects comply with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.
