Position Summary

The Staff Security Engineer of IAM will be a product owner and lead engineer within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will include leading multiple projects simultaneously and hands-on engineering of IAM solutions.

Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong soft skills and engineering skills. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Program / Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep projects on schedule as well as assist with strategic IAM direction of the CVS Health workforce.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Lead team-members through the engineering of IAM solutions
• Lead or coordinate the IAM team’s work and keep projects on schedule
• Influence and align key stakeholders
• Manage implementations and releases via CI / CD strategies
• Implementation of IAM technologies such as LDAP, Neo4J, Java / .NET Development, MySQL, SAML, OpenID Connect, and REST / SCIM APIs
• Address issues and break down problems to be solved

Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

106,605.00 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
