Job descriptionFormulation of the project scope including cable dates / install techs based on the project dates. Planning, scheduling and communication with team members and vendors Work with vendors to establish timelines to meet project milestones. Coordinate maintenance activities as required by varying compliance initiatives. Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality. Facilitate project activities / milestones. Marking prints. Ordering equipment. Scheduling technicians. Provide support for systems updates. Maintain individual project plans. Coordinate deliverables to include equipment and TVs for installation. Work with stores for testing and turnup for any project assigned. Project management skills, analytical skills, communication skills and organizational skills are essential for this role. Must be able to plan / prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects while managing their time and resources efficiently. Work with teams and vendors to build positive relationships. Monitor timelines and milestones to ensure successful completion. Provide incident management and problem resolution to correct all issues by working with other teams and vendors. Identify problems and manage the resolution of the identified problems through internal support 2-year IT degree, or equivalent experience. Technical Certifications a plus. 10+ years IT related experience. Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills. IT Specialist
Locations : Dallas, TX or Akron, OH (Hybrid)
- Hours are 8 - 5 with occasional need to work west coast hours of 12 - 9
