What You’ll Do
Support & Troubleshoot : Tackle helpdesk tickets, assist teammates with tools, and maintain the various software and hardware needs of the office.
Hardware & Software Setup : Set up laptops for new hires, manage offboarding, and handle new software and hardware rollout.
Stay Ahead of the Curve : Research and test new tools, stay updated on security prevention, and help implement best practices across the organization.
Website Wizardry : Maintain our company website with basic HTML and WordPress skills.
Database : Work with sales departments to clean and maintain data within CRM and tracking systems as needed.
Training & Collaboration : Assist in training team members on new tools and sit in on meetings to understand different departments’ needs. Work to maintain a strong relationship between the support team and the rest of the organization.
Security : Actively work to learn and maintain strong security measures in the growing world of Cyber Security.
Organize & Optimize : Keep track of IT assets with monthly audits, create SOPs, and help launch new tools and products.
