Position Overview :

Join our client's team as an IT Systems Analyst , where you’ll provide exceptional IT support to operating companies at over 140 locations nationwide. In this role, you’ll maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, hardware, and software while collaborating with team members to ensure seamless technology operations. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

  • Please note this role requires occasional travel to our offices in Huntsville and Montgomery.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, efficient support to all end users via phone, email, in person, or through the help desk ticketing system.
  • Manage and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure, including hypervisors, network switches, routers / firewalls, and backup servers.
  • Configure and deploy hardware and software for employees at operating companies.
  • Act as an escalation point for L1 team members and a de-escalation point for the L3 team.
  • Lead technical efforts for local and regional projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and address support requests in the L2 Team queue daily.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate confidently with team members and business leadership.
  • Reach out for assistance when needed and support a wide range of users with diverse technical skills and requirements.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for projects, acquisitions, and assignments.
  • Qualifications

    Experience : 3-5 years in an end-user-facing troubleshooting role; experience supporting remote users at multiple locations is preferred.

    Education : Associate degree in a computer-related discipline required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant technical certifications will also be considered.

    Technical Skills : Experience with IT infrastructure, including hypervisors, network switches, routers / firewalls, and backup systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and support escalation processes.
  • Soft Skills : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-oriented environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication of technical and complex information.
  • Proactive identification of trends and recommendations for technical solutions.
