Position Overview :
Join our client's team as an IT Systems Analyst , where you’ll provide exceptional IT support to operating companies at over 140 locations nationwide. In this role, you’ll maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, hardware, and software while collaborating with team members to ensure seamless technology operations. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Qualifications
Experience : 3-5 years in an end-user-facing troubleshooting role; experience supporting remote users at multiple locations is preferred.
Education : Associate degree in a computer-related discipline required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant technical certifications will also be considered.
Technical Skills : Experience with IT infrastructure, including hypervisors, network switches, routers / firewalls, and backup systems.
Soft Skills : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-oriented environment.
