The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to Smokeball's users and ensuring the IT systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user access, and assisting with network and system maintenance to ensure a seamless and secure IT environment. This person would report to the Head of Global Business Systems.
This is a hybrid role with our office being in Chicago, IL.
