A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users in a remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve end-user IT problems involving desktop PCs and mobile devicesManage user access processes, incidents, and service interruptions while documenting and communicating proceduresAnalyze HL7 messages and identify recurring issues to work towards permanent solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferredKnowledge of technology, software installation, configuration, and troubleshootingExperience with hardware, networks, and PACS systemsPrior experience in Healthcare IT is preferredAbility to provide on-call support
