Role Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to provide comprehensive technical support across end-user systems, software deployments, and IT asset management. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, equipment provisioning, system imaging, and maintaining accurate asset records while ensuring an excellent support experience for users both onsite and remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
Ship IT equipment promptly to employees and office locations.
Maintain up-to-date computer inventory records using ServiceNow .
Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, and in-person channels.
Log, update, and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely communication.
Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Assist in IT asset imaging and deployment ; experience with ZOHO Manage Engine is a plus.
Troubleshoot audio / visual (A / V) equipment including Crestron , Neat Bar , and ClickShare .
Track and update IT asset data including warranties, physical location, repair history, and replacement needs.
Push software updates, patches, and security fixes to end-user devices.
Support software preparation and electronic deployment using packaged utilities.
Maintain software inventory and help track software licensing compliance .
Provide primary technical and account support for web conferencing tools and telecommuting solutions.
Work with a range of technologies including Windows OS, macOS, Dell PCs / Laptops, Surface Tablets, HP Printers, iPhones / iPads , and Cisco VoIP systems.
Essential Skills :
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, software, and networking .
Proficient in delivering professional technical support and customer service.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms.
Experience managing IT inventory and asset tracking .
Competency in Windows and macOS environments .
Basic knowledge of networking and A / V equipment troubleshooting .
Desirable Skills :
Experience with ZOHO Manage Engine for imaging and software distribution.
Hands-on A / V troubleshooting for tools like Crestron , Neat Bar , and ClickShare .
Hardware certification or equivalent experience, especially with Dell systems.
Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Intune , and Office 365 Admin Portal .
Prior experience in an IT service desk or technical support capacity.
