Job Description
The customer is looking for someone to assist with an influx of inquiries surrounding at-home set up support for their employees. This person will be the main POC for any calls / tickets related to the at home IT support. This person must have strong customer service and a can-do attitude. Part of this role will involve assisting with a variety of issues related to network support, IT Equipment support, and new hire on-boarding. This person will also be assisting with creating "how to" videos for employees to be redirected to for some self support so this person must be comfortable recording themselves and not shy. Onsite with 2-3 days a week with remote flexibility.

Network Support :
- Assist employees with home internet connectivity, mobility and collaboration
- Run at home internet speed to provide some insights on connection issues
- Recommend best practices for improved connectivity
- Recommend network hardware (wi-fi, routers, wireless access points) models
- Provide how-to guides and troubleshooting tips
