Summary

The Maintenance / Janitor is responsible for daily, weekly and monthly tasks associated with the cleaning and repair of the overall property and individual resident units. The Maintenance staff must maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company’s high standards to present the property in outstanding condition and provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment. This position includes on-call duties which require your occasional presence at the property outside of your regularly scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of :

individual apartment units, including turnarounds with respect to garbage disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re-caulking, carpet cleaning
