Job descriptionCleaning office area with different type flooring - linoleum, tile and carpet Shampooing rugs and carpets Empty all trash receptacles and remove along with other boxes or articles appropriately marked "Trash" that is placed near the trash receptacles. Insert new liners in trash receptacles. Sweeping and dust mop all hard surface floors and spot vacuum carpets Sweeping and damp mop or scrub rest room Cleaning all toilet fixtures and replenish toilet supplies Striping and waxing floors Disinfecting bathrooms and high touch areas Disinfecting tables, countertops, sinks and all fixtures Disinfecting the outside surface of all appliances Cleaning interior windows and mirrors Maintaining a thorough inventory Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners Collecting and taking out trash and recycling Routinely wipe down all solid, high contact (frequently touched) surfaces in common and high traffic areas such as handrails, doorknobs, key cards, light switches, countertops, table tops, water faucets and handles, elevator buttons, sinks, toilets, and control handles, restroom stall handles, toilet paper and other paper dispensers, door handles and push plates, water cooler and drinking fountain controls, etc. All approved sustainable cleaning product residue shall be wiped dry to limit film and buildup Wiping down of agency owned equipment; such as telephones, computers, keyboards, docking stations, computer power supplies, and computer mouse, personal fans and heaters, desk lighting, etc. remain the responsibility of each building occupant High school degree or equivalent Self-starter and able to work well without constant supervision Must be able to past security background check May require standing and lifting up to 25lbs for extended periods Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies Able to use basic cleaning equipment

CUSTODIAN JOB DESCRIPTION For Greensboro, NC Airport
CORG Management Group (CORG) is looking for PT custodian to work at the Greensboro International Airport in the TSA common areas.
CORG will offer a part-time position, Monday-Friday. May occasionally require weekend work as backup.
Basic Functions and Responsibility
Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins.
