We're looking for a full-time Lead Janitor to supervise the nighttime custodial team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe NJ facility for the evening shift. This is a hands-on supervisor role that will support a facility with over 150 people in a light industrial environment.

This position is based in our Jersey City, NJ office headquarters with a shift time of 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm and will report to the Senior Workplace Manager .

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct nightly cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the space stays clean, functional and ready for the next day of business
• Coordinate and schedule the work of the evening custodial team, developing team schedules and SOPs to get the job done
• Assist in the completion of maintenance work orders and oversee external vendors performing tasks in the office space
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and meetings
• Operate within the Collector's best practices and SOPs
• Interact and develop relationships with building services
• Following all applicable rules and regulations concerning the facility
• Utilize technology systems to track, log and request work orders
• Use clear and organized methods of communication in all aspects of the role
• Assists others with complex tasks.
• Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security.

Physical Requirements :

Hourly Range : The hourly range for this position is $20-$30. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
