About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer with a solid background in the healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. This role involves building scalable backend systems, integrating with healthcare platforms, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and data regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Work on integrating healthcare platforms (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EHR systems).
Ensure applications meet regulatory standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Java development using Spring Boot.
Experience in building microservices and integrating with REST / SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with healthcare data formats and standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM).
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure coding practices.
Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL.
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
Previous experience with EHR / EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, etc.
