Duties and Responsibilities :
% Complete requests for analysis and programming. Design reports and data structures to meet complex business needs. Prepare detailed specifications from which reports are developed and coded. Task execution is based on project management methodology.
Respond to, triage, mitigate, and resolve issues, concerns, problems, and constituent-based indications that assigned implementations are not working as expected.
Create ad hoc queries using SQL for data requests and auditing needs.
% Create and maintain documentation, setup documentation for training, user procedures, internal policies, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
5% Staying well-informed about new systems analysis and programming techniques is encouraged. Perform related duties as required or assigned.
Required Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Required Experience :
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience using SQL and Cognos, or a similar reporting tool
- Experience with Oracle database management, including writing and optimizing SQL
queries with complex joins and nested logic.
