ROLE_DESCRIPTION :

"Develop and maintain applications : Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable Java code for server-side logic.

Design and build APIs : Develop and implement robust APIs, including RESTful APIs and microservices, for seamless front-end and back-end communication.

Manage databases : Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage, including database design, implementation, and optimization.

Collaborate with teams : Work closely with front-end developers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.

Ensure performance and security : Optimize applications for speed and scalability, and implement security best practices to protect the application and its data.

Troubleshoot and debug : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in the backend systems in a timely manner.

Write and maintain tests : Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
