As a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer in our Customer Success department at VIDA you will have the opportunity to :

Act as a point of contact for VIDA customers by creating effective solutions to challenging technical issues. You will use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues , make recommendations, and implement solutions.

Work with VIDA partners to support the integration of products

Improve customer references by writing and maintaining documentation , optimizing learning databases , and effectively tracking issues.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or another related technical field or equivalent education and experience

3 + years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator including workflows, process improvements, and identification of issues

Experience using Python for scripting

Prior experience in building and delivering process / service delivery design.

Preferred Qualifications :
