We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands all phases of roofing and can lead crews, troubleshoot problems, and deliver high-quality workmanship across residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, maintains high standards, and wants long-term growth with a stable company.
Compensation
$25–$35 per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses twice annually
Advancement opportunities into higher leadership roles
Required Experience
Minimum 7+ years of roofing or construction experience
Experience in all phases of roofing, including:
Tile roofing
Shingle systems
Foam roofing
Metal roofing
Walk decks
Strong understanding of repairs, service, and full system installations
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing crews
Diagnose and repair roofing issues across multiple systems
Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers
Protect property and maintain clean, organized job sites
Travel to job sites as required
Train and mentor crew members
Requirements
Valid Arizona driver’s license
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Arizona weather conditions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
Commitment to safety and professionalism
