Job descriptionAbility to multi-task, prioritize and stay flexible, while meeting deadlines and goals 4 Year College Accounting, Finance, or Business Degree preferred but not required 0-2 years of experience in a similar position Excellent computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office product applications (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Proficiency in business software application Timberline preferred but not required.

Job Summary
A Junior Project Accountant is responsible for supporting the project account for jobs assigned, helping as a liaison between accounting and project management, and ensuring accurate and consistent billing and financial reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with maintaining organized project contract files
- Learn to understand AIA G702 and G703
- Assist with subcontractor invoices and payments per contract terms and enter in the system
- Interact with clients and vendors in a professional, courteous manner
- Lean to understand Timberline BL, PJ, JC, AP modules
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Assist in review of sub-contractors' statements
- Support full backup billing of CM Jobs
