Job Title : Junior Accountant – Yacht Management

Location :   Fort Lauderdale, FL

Type of Work : In Office

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Type of Contract : Permanent

Pay Rate : $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Accountant to join our dynamic Yacht Management Accounting team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial reporting services for vessel owners, providing critical support in budget management, accounts payable, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and has a clear path for growth into a Senior Yacht Accountant and eventually an Accounting Manager role within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities and Duties :   Financial Reporting & Budgeting :

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for each vessel in collaboration with captains and yacht managers as requested by the owner.
• Generate financial reports for the owner and / or owner's representative as needed.
• Perform budget variance analysis in partnership with the captain and yacht manager.
