About The Role

What you would be doing : We are excited to add a Junior Project Manager to our team! Reporting to our market Ops Lead, the Jr PM will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, supporting revenue attainment, and driving customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow within operations. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Big Things :

• Project Management Support : Assist Project Managers and Account Executives with project execution, including gathering photo documentation, measurements, and other critical details. Track key deliverables, escalate risks, and manage documentation.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to developing and refining operational processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency. Support rollout and adoption of new initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers. Communicate updates effectively and address queries.
• Financial & Resource Support : Assist with resource allocation tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring to ensure financial efficiency.
• Actively foster an inclusive, equitable, and collaborative working environment where psychological safety comes first.
