Architect (Willing to Relocate!)

Location / Onsite : Longview, TX

A Day in the Life of an Architect

As a key player in our client’s projects, you’ll manage the development of architectural documents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality designs across a variety of sectors, from commercial to municipal projects.

Responsibilities include :

  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining project documents in coordination with the project manager
  • Collaborating with team members to create innovative and technical solutions
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards within timelines and budgets
  • Leveraging expertise in architectural processes from schematic design to project completion
  • Communicating project progress and solutions effectively to clients and regulatory bodies
  • Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • Texas licensed Architect or ability to obtain Texas license by comity
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Architect or 15 years as a Job Captain
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Sketchup is a plus
  • Knowledge of international building codes and regulatory standards
  • Strong creative, visualization, and communication skills; willingness to travel occasionally
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
