The Licensed Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept development through construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Development : Lead the design process from initial concept through detailed design phases for commercial and residential buildings.

Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Technical Expertise : Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory standards.

Team Coordination : Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other professionals to integrate structural and technical systems into overall design concepts.

Construction Administration : Oversee construction activities to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.

Documentation : Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.

Licensure : Licensed Architect (RA) in [Texas].

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.

Skills :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural software.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
