Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™.Your Role : As an Art Director, you will partner with copywriters to present and produce compelling and original ideas for our current clients and for new business. We ask that you have design expertise and technical understanding across multiple mediums (design, branding, advertising, digital, video), and a high level of collaboration with creative and our teams.This role is remote and reports to the Associate Creative Director, Art.Responsibilities : Execute creative work in a variety of media that is aligned to the creative brief, is on time, and is within budgetManage workload and timelines efficiently, juggling multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilitiesPartner with Copywriters / Sr. Copywriters to ensure creative needs of brand(s) are metBuild a thorough understanding of your assigned brand(s)Lead creative presentations to internal team and be involved in client presentationsBegin to mentor and grow junior member(s) of the teamBegin to collaborate with internal studio teamParticipate in discussions with outside vendors, freelancers, and partners as neededBegin to integrate strategic thinking and behavioral approaches into creative workCollaborate with senior staff to develop concepts for brands and new businessRequirements : Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Art, Graphic Design or related fieldExperience of Adobe Creative SuiteStrong knowledge in digital design software (video and experience design a plus)Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and related programs2+ years of experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency, experience in Pharma a plusAbility to not only bring unique and elevated designs but also guide the work creatively and strategically along the wayStrong portfolio showcasing conceptual work across multiple mediumsAbility to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detailUnderstanding of creative development process, including digitalCuriosity and a hunger to continuously develop and learnInizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
