Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Business Analyst to collaborate with business areas, technology teams, and vendors to implement new platforms, features, and processes for wealth management. This role requires staying updated on industry trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring optimal client and advisor experiences. The ideal candidate will analyze data, track platform performance, and work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage subject matter expertise in wealth management to ensure requirements align with business goals.

• Create business analysis artifacts, including process flows, gap analyses, and business requirements documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate project requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories.

• Support technology and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of functionality.

• Assist in test plan, test case, and test result reviews to validate system performance.

• Develop and present project status updates to leadership.

• Maintain and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Ensure post-production verification of system functionality to meet business objectives.

• Maintain an inventory of outstanding defects and enhancements.

• Apply Agile methodologies to effectively collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders.

• Analyze problems and make critical decisions regarding functionality and prioritization.

Required Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and MS Office Suite.

• Proven experience in financial services and wealth management (e.g., stocks, bonds, trades, brokerage, investment planning, hedge funds, mutual funds).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in flow diagram tools (e.g., MIRO, Draw.io).

• Ability to read and write queries (SQL, BigQuery, JSON).

• Understanding of wealth data transformation, purification, and mapping.

• Experience defining functional specifications and process-driven models.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Must be located in Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Albany, NY, or Buffalo, NY.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with wealth management applications such as Pershing (NetX, NetXInvestor), FIS (Global Plus, Global Office), MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, and Envestnet.

• Experience with Confluence.
