Salary range is $62,000 - $70,000 per year; DOE This role is a hybrid position that would require three days in office and allow two days working from home. Essential Duties : Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Under the guidance and supervision of the lead or senior analyst, configure, test, and maintain Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance, Core, Recruitment, Learning) to support business processes and ensure optimal performance. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure system changes meet business needs and align with best practices. Develop and execute test plans, conduct system and user acceptance testing, and support end-user training and adoption. Analyze and resolve Workday-related issues, ensuring timely support and effective problem-solving. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge transfer and compliance. Experience documenting and mapping business processes. Knowledge of higher education administrative systems and related business principles. Knowledge of automated and manual management information systems. Knowledge of forms design and procedures development. Ability to analyze complicated problems. Ability to create conceptual solutions that are technically feasible. Ability to clearly explain concrete processes and abstract concepts both orally and in writing. Ability to perform effectively as a member of a team. Working Environment : Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse.
