A company is looking for a Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates procurement for assigned materials / commodities under $250K, adhering to company policy and FAR guidelines
Resolves Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and manages vendor-related issues
Processes purchase requisitions, change orders, and requests for quotes, providing tactical support to supply chain leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
Eligibility to obtain the relevant security clearance
Experience with procurement processes and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance
Knowledge of quality management systems and vendor management
Ability to resolve invoice and receiving errors for timely vendor payment
