We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager with a strong background in copywriting to join our Brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and an in-depth understanding of marketing copywriting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and messaging of our brand across multiple platforms. Please note this position is onsite in Brea, CA. Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall short-term and long-term marketing targets. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout. Create and publish engaging content and ensure brand consistency. Optimize content according to SEO standards and Google analytics. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic. Write compelling and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives conversions and brand awareness. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring clarity, tone, and style align with brand guidelines. Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives. Continuously optimize content based on performance analytics, SEO best practices, and emerging trends. Works closely with the marketing and brand teams to align content efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead content brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table and encouraging creative input from the team. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies, ensuring they meet business objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role within a marketing environment. Proven track record of creating high-performing marketing copy that drives engagement and conversions. Experience with content development for B2B or B2C industries. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices. Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
