A company is looking for a Senior Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize database infrastructure, including migration from Oracle to Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL
Monitor database performance and security, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues
Collaborate with teams to develop ETL processes and data pipelines, utilizing various tools for data analytics and reporting
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in database administration and management
Extensive experience with PostgreSQL / Aurora PostgreSQL and Oracle databases on Amazon RDS
Expert proficiency in SQL and Python scripting
Strong background in AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
