The opportunity
We’re looking for a hands‐on Brand & Product Designer who will spend roughly 60‐70 % of their time driving brand, creative, and marketing design and 30‐40 % shaping our digital product experience. You’ll be the visual steward of General Medicine—crafting campaigns that stop thumbs, building a cohesive design system, and ensuring every pixel reflects impeccable taste.
What you'll do
- Brand Stewardship & Creative Leadership : Own and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint—paid social, lifecycle email, landing pages, print, and beyond—so everything feels unmistakably “GM.”
- Campaign Design & Production : Concept, art-direct, and produce world-class marketing assets (storyboards, motion studies, final creatives) that inspire, perform, and meet exacting aesthetic standards.
- Product Design Collaboration : Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to turn complex healthcare tasks into elegant, intuitive flows for web and mobile.
- Design System & UI / UX Craft : Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma— components, patterns, documentation—that scales gracefully as we grow.
- Testing & Optimization : Work to iterate quickly, balancing beauty with data-driven performance insights.
