What's in it for you?
The base salary for this position is expected to be at $75,000 - $95,000 / year plus annual bonus, with the actual base salary amount dependent on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

Summary
Centerspace is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Team. This individual will be responsible for providing key financial and operational reporting and analysis, leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives, annual operating plan analysis and treasury management with exposure to senior leadership team. As a self-motivated Financial Analyst, you will work independently with guidance given. Your role involves prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, interpreting financial data, and maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.

Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights for decision-makingDevelop and analyze reports on key operating metrics in collaboration with team membersSupport forecasting, budgeting processes, and the design of business intelligence reporting toolsProvide sophisticated reporting to senior management based on extensive knowledge of financial systems and company operationsManage relationships with financial partners, assist in new debt procurement, and ensure complianceConduct treasury forecasting and modeling, overseeing cash management strategy.Support insurance underwriting, broker relationships, and analysis of insurance program coverageCollaborate with operations leadership to enhance financial management practicesMake recommendations for financial efficiencies and data accuracy.Participate in month and quarter-end activities in partnership with accountingMaintain positive relationships with internal and external partnersTravel

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience - 2-5 years experience in finance, accounting, or other related work. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business related field is required.Licenses or Certifications - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred.Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
