We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will help design and create digital marketing materials and many other assets across multiple platforms. Candidates will use design software and techniques to create drafts and prototypes, collaborate with team members, and pitch creative ideas. They will also incorporate feedback from many team members to continuously improve their designs and contribute to the successful launch of projects and campaigns. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design digital images or other types of marketing materials
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction)
• Take direction from senior designers and leadership
• Adhere to project deadlines
