Graphic Designer Job Description

Pond Lehocky Giordano, the largest workers' compensation and disability law firm in Pennsylvania, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. Working within the Marketing Department, the Graphic Designer will assist the Graphic Designer in creating digital and print assets that support Pond Lehocky Giordano's marketing and communications initiatives. A successful candidate will strategically design to drive audience engagement and acquisition through social media platforms and out-of-home assets, such as billboards, as well as building brand and company culture awareness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Create print and digital collateral such as brochures, signs, display advertisements, newsletters, social media assets, and promotional items (swag)
• Work directly with vendors, printers, and production teams to pre-flight files, manage print requests, and resolve any production issues.
• Participating in the creative ideation process, bringing new ideas to the table, and offering a fresh perspective on pre-existing themes and concepts.
• Working directly with other Graphic Designer / s, and the rest of the marketing team to build effective direct-response ads.
• Assist with resizing, adjusting, and optimizing design assets to fit various formats and platforms.
• Following Pond Lehocky Giordano’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Working with the Marketing Coordinator to design and update the online shop.
• Completing other ad hoc design projects as needed.
