We're an interdisciplinary architecture and design firm with a diverse range of residential, urban planning, hospitality, and retail projects.We're looking for a full-time Interior Designer to join our office in Brooklyn.Responsibilities include : Assist with FF&E and OS&E selection and sourcingAssist with design presentationsAssist with material researchPrepare material and FF&E palettesAssist with FF&E documentationAssist with budgeting and record-keepingModel FF&E selections and provide realistic renderingsAssist with general office duties (contacting suppliers, organizing library, etc.)Routine site visits for coordination reviewCandidates should have these requirements : 3-6 years of experience in architecture and / or interior designBachelor's or master's degree in architecture and / or interior designSoftware experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Excel, WordAbility to render using Rhino and V-RayExperience with all project phases and exposure to completed workPreferred knowledge of specification sourcing (in NYC)Preferred knowledge of finishes, fabrics, furniture, lighting, etc.Preferred NCIDQ or CID credentialsThis is an in-studio position, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.
