We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team in Montgomery, AL. In this entry-level role, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, managing account operations, and helping deliver tailored staffing solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the staffing and business services industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and developing client accounts
Prepare proposals and assist in contract negotiations
Support the onboarding and coordination of placed candidates
Conduct research to identify new client leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications
Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients
Help resolve any client-related concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications : Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus
