Job Purpose
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to ERP systems and assisting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing and implementation of software solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following :
- Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and
- programming technology.
- Adapt, modify, and develop new functionality on our ERP System.
- Write and maintain documentation for software projects.
- Provide training for developed software and / or implemented modules.
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Working closely with developers to improve product functionality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Competencies
o Associate degree or certificate in a computer science field.
o Recent graduate with BS Computer Science or Information Systems.
o Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server or any other RDBMS.
o Proven experience with Programming languages and object-oriented design
o Web development tools such as HTML, CSS, Python, and / or JavaScript experience is preferred.
o Experience using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and PowerBI.
o Proficient in C#
o Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
o Excellent communication ability.
o Understands all applicable location safety rules and regulations and makes sure that all are being followed.
