What You'll Be Doing
Recruiting & Talent Sourcing – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best candidates.
Screening & Interview Coordination – Review resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Onboarding Support – Help new hires transition into their roles and feel welcomed from day one.
Strategic Hiring Insights – Collaborate with HR to analyze hiring trends and improve recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding & Outreach – Help showcase our company culture to attract top talent.
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate or someone eager to start their career in recruitment!
Strong communication & interpersonal skills – You love talking to people!
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
A self-starter with high energy and a passion for people.
Experience with Microsoft Office is a must!
